NOTE:  The context=bad number is to keep calls from looping back - Sipbroker does a crazy thing, if you send it a call it can't handle, it loops it back to your system in such a way that the call is treated as a call to an extension on your system.  So I set up the bad-number context to play a recording and exit - you can leave that statement out until you get everything else working.
