install freebsd 5.4 (only CD1 is needed ftp://mirror.ac.uk/mirror/ftp.freebsd.org/ftp/pub/FreeBSD/ISO-IMAGES-i386/5.4/5.4-RELEASE-i386-disc1.iso or what ever USA mirror you decide to pick just make sure its 5.4-RELEASE-i386-disc1.iso)

boot from the cd and choose begin standard install follow the menus do everything stock
do *not* install any ports or packages or do any other configuration apart from static ip you want us to use

when setting up the harddrives install to the 74gb sata drive
set up 4gb swap space
setup rest as default freebsd file system mounted on /

and thats about it as i can do everything remotely

install should take no more than 15mins or you have done something wrong (eg installing ports/packages)

echo our ips to ~ips.txt please and i will add them myself, we need about 5 in total
