14. Don't view the Pest Control world while not at Pest Control
15. Your sig on the forum must be under 400KB.

IRC Rules:
1. Follow the general rules

3. Do not go into any other PC channel, even to spy, whatever.
4. When in #heart or #lung you must have the same nickname as your runescape account.
5. Racism of any kind is not tolerated.
6. Do not /notice the channel.
7. Don't /notice or /ctcp the ops without permission
8. Do not send Memos to the channel unless its important
9. Do not abuse the colors.
10. Do not repeat yourself.
11. Don't piss off the ops.
12. If you're banned on the forum you aren't permitted to be on the channel
13. Don't tell others the key to #heart

Game Rules:
1. You must be 100+ Combat to join.
2. Follow the general rules
3. Do not give out Heart World to anyone, or announce a world change on Runescape (during the game).
4. Keep your chat to friends or off when at PC world
5. Attack the portals first
6. Having banned/blacklisted users added is against the rules.
7. Sharing accounts is against runescape rules AND heart rules. If someone you're sharing with breaks one of our rules, well that's too bad for you.
8. No Pures or Lower Level Accounts at PC.
9. If you are suspended from Heart Unit, you may not be at our current world
