What would y'all think of the "FreeCulture.org Bandwidth Service", seeding various legal torrents from the fco server? I was going to do that on asheesh.org but I figured fco might as well get the credit. (-; I was thinking something flexible and web-based would be nice. Lord knows Joi's got the bandwidth; I was having fun seeding Debian disc images for the past few days, and realized this something I'd like to do on a less ad-hoc basis. It looks like the client called ABC would do well for this, since it's written in Python (meaning easy to edit but not probably junk code like PHP) and has a few web interfaces.
