We haven't yet activated the web-site you created as before we can do it due
to the new Visa/Mastercard requirements you need to change the menschl.de
domain registration information to:

This is necessary for us to be able to process payments from your web-site.
Until very recently all our partners were able to point to our DNS and we
would run their site. Recent changes in VISA and Mastercard regulations mean
that any website taking payments must now have the name and address of the
company taking these payments. This does NOT mean you have to transfer your
domain name to us. You will still hold the domain in your current registrars
account and have full control of it. All you need to do is update the
details on the domain to have our details in the registrants area.  You can
change the details and DNS settings at any time you like.
If these details are not updated we are unable to put your site live, if we
were to do so we would be fined.

It is very unfortunate from our position that this change in regulations has
taken place as it affects the speed with which sites can go live. Though
other companies do not advertise this yet, they too will have to change. It
is simply because of our size and number of domains that we run that we have
had to make changes so soon. Any site taking payments and not making these
changes will soon be penalised.

I hope you understand the situation from our position.

  

And you will also need to change the name servers of the domain to:

 

Server 1 - ns1.singlescrowd.com
Server 2 - ns1.singlescrowd.net

Server 3 - ns3.singlescrowd.net

 

As soon as the domain is transferred and the registration information is
changed (it may take up to 48 hours) we will approve the site.
