3. Get wxGTK. For the wxJS console program you have to configure wxWidgets

   as follows:

    cd wx-folder

    mkdir buildbase

    ../configure --disable-gui --enable-unicode --disable-shared --with-odbc --without-expat

    make



    The gui-part also needs the gui modules. Create a buildgtk folder in the wx-folder.

    It also needs the graphics libraries: libjpeg and libtiff4. Make sure these dev-packages

    are installed.

    

    Call the same configure command as above, but omit --disable-gui
