I have never had this problem before: (And I have burned lots of DVD movies) I booted up my machine and went right into MS Winblows 2000 PRO and I was using NeroVision witch is part of Nero 7 Ultra Edition and I went to burn a DVD Movie ( it is in .AVI format (DivX)) that I had downloaded and it had played fine on my computer... So I went to NeroVision and selected the highest quality that would fit on the DVD and burned it. It too over 2 hours cuz it had to convert the movie to DVD format and it did not say any errors. Now I went to play it in my DVD player it would not work so then I tried it in my computer went to PowerDVD and it would not play right aways it asked me what file to run It showed me all of the VOB files so i selected it and it Played. Now you might be thinking why am I asking this in a SUSE Linux chat room? Well... I am in the middle of a process of slowly switching over to linux And right now I also have SUSE Linux 10 on my machine and wanted to know if there was a way to burn this in Linux and if so? What is the best way?? So whoever can HELP me Please do? Thanks!
