[2007-04-28 20:38:28] <The_Mu> So my mom and my sister go down to the pool, and the task assigned to me and my dad was to get a new TV.

[2007-04-28 20:38:50] <The_Mu> The guy asks us if we want to change rooms.
[2007-04-28 20:39:06] <The_Mu> "No, we're pretty comfortable here; can we just get a new TV?"

[2007-04-28 20:39:35] <The_Mu> So we wait around 20 minutes (we're on the third floor) for Ed to arrive.
[2007-04-28 20:39:41] <The_Mu> My dad calls the front desk again.
[2007-04-28 20:40:07] <The_Mu> "Oh, he's not there yet? Let me call him again."
[2007-04-28 20:40:14] <The_Mu> 5 minutes later, Ed shows up.
[2007-04-28 20:40:25] <The_Mu> Ed is a short Hispanic man who speaks little to no English.
[2007-04-28 20:41:04] <The_Mu> So we show him our problem. He says he'll come back and fix it.

[2007-04-28 20:41:36] <The_Mu> So 10 minutes later he shows up with a "master remote" that can change the settings of the TVs.
[2007-04-28 20:41:58] <The_Mu> He spends around 10 minutes fiddling with the color, tint, brightness, and everything else.
[2007-04-28 20:42:35] <The_Mu> My dad approaches him and says "So yeah, I don't think you can really fix it by changing the color..."
[2007-04-28 20:42:50] <The_Mu> Ed spends another 10 minutes fiddling with the settings.
[2007-04-28 20:43:25] <The_Mu> Finally he realizes what we have tried to explain to him.
[2007-04-28 20:43:39] <The_Mu> So he comes back 10 minutes later with a new TV.
