Filesystem

**** IMPORTANT ****
When adding files to the filesystem name them appropriately.  Make the names
meaningful, so a guy doesn't necessarily have to open every file to read its
contents.

If files are submitted to the repository with ambiguous names, they will have to be
renamed by others later.  This caused the original version to be deleted and resubmitted 
to the repository, causing any working copies to have to reload all the poorly named files.

Please try to be sure this happens. Descriptive names are COMPULSORY
