Which (if any) of the above steps have you already attempted and with what level of success? 

I successfully turned on UPnP on my router and in Azureus.  I created port forwarding on my router, using the number 56912, the same used in the instructions.

For a year or more, I’ve been able to download and subsequently seed, but never with a green smiley face.  Always with yellow ones.  I’d get errors sometimes, but the program worked, so I ignored them.

Yesterday, I started downloading a larger number than usual, around 22 torrents, some with multiple file.  Today, when I stopped Azureus and restarted it, all of the torrents but one turned red.  One torrent is still downloading from two seeds at 1.5 kb/s, with a blue face.

I tried restarting several times and much troubleshooting.  For example, I tried changing the port number, connecting directly to my dsl modem, etc.  I looked over all my settings.  I used the NAT/ Firewall test.  I get this result:
NAT Error - Connection to 216.244.6.127:56912 refused.

Please advise me as to how to proceed.
