James: No model number, so I presume it's a version 1
BismayaB (51319): What version of Windows is currently being used on the computer?  (for example, Windows 98, ME, 2000,  XP, etc.) 
James: Windows XP, SP2
BismayaB (51319): Yes it will work.
James: Hmm
James: Getting a bit of an odd error
James: Seems to connect to the network, but says "Limited to no connectivity"
BismayaB (51319): Please let me know that.
James: Doesn't seem to obtain an IP address from the router either
BismayaB (51319): This happens if you are typing wrong password or some network conflicts.
BismayaB (51319): Lets  try it again.
BismayaB (51319): Do you see the tiny green or blue square icon on the lower right hand corner of the screen ?

BismayaB (51319): Double click it , it would open Linksys Wireless Utility (WLAN Monitor) - where you will find three Tabs 'Link Information' - 'Site Survey' and 'Profiles'.
James: I should also give some background information - the system was functioning fine when the network was a WPA network, but ceased when WPA2 was implemented
