1.0 Team requirments
     All teams must have 5 players on roster at all time to stay active.
     Every team entering the Ragedesports tourney must be in a league
     for such as (CAL, Cevo, Cegl, etc.). If not then the team will be deleted
     not aloud to play in the tourny. Every team must include (steam id's, 
     game names, confrences and default playing time).

2.0 Screenshots
      During the match every team member from each team must take 
      screenshots.And keep them till the end of the tournament.
      Each players screenshots must consist of the following:
      1) one screenshot that shows a terriost and a counter-terriost model.
      2) one screenshot of the players scoreboard.
      3) one screen shot of the smoke emitting from one smoke grenade.
      4) Rcon status will be required from the home teams server. 

3.0 Demos
     Every player participating in the tournament are requiered to have demos of 
     first-person. First half, second half, and ( overtime halves if required) must be 
     included in the demos. Note that the demos will be used for any disputes that 
     aretowards you from the opposing team. HLTV demos are NOT accepted as 
     substitutes in the event a player forgets to record his own first-person demo
     from each matches. Failure to record demo will result in turn over to other team 
     and suspended from the tournament.

4.0 Match reporting
      Matches will be reported through the client we have provided you on the website.
      The match can be reported by the home or the away team. But if any of the teams 
      fail to report the correct scores. The team will be able to dispute the opposing team
      and overturn it.
      
5.0 Server request's
      Servers will be provide under reservation. The server will only be provided for the teams that do 
      not own a server. To request a server pm a op in #Ragedesports to reserve the server. If a team 
      is in need of a ventrilo we will NOT provide a server, but we can provide a channel in the 
      Ragedesports ventrilo for that match being played.

6.0 Scheduling matches
      Scheduling a match is your repsonsiblity to contact the other team from their irc channel or in 
      the #Ragedesports channel. As above in the team requirments stated you need your default 
      playing time in there so the other team can schedule around that.

7.0 Match rules and regulations
     -Matches
      Matches will not be maked up. If the match was not played then you will out of the tournament.
      The tournament will be broken down to if you win you are still in if you lose you are out.
      
      -Planting bomb and boosting
      The bomb must be planted where it can be visible and is able to be defused from every angle. 
       Boosting is legal with any number of players, Any area that can be reached is considered
       valid position. As long as the position is not exsposed to seeing the areas that are not
       intended.
