Firstly we apologise for this impersonal reply but given the nature and
scope of the problem it is a necessary evil.

Thank you for your mail regarding the flood protection AKILL you have
recieved.  This is not because you were performing any flooding and
therefore you do not have to take any action to correct it.  A bug in
our new services(NickServ, ChanServ etc) caused the entire network to be
banned at once.  This ban has now been lifted, and if you have not
reconnected already you may do so at any time.  The problem which caused
this has also been addressed.

If you are still having any problems, please reply to this mail, or if
you can connect to IRC, join #oftc.

Apologies again for the annoyance.
