I am trying to redirect the traffic that normally go to 64.233.167.99:80 at localhost:5555

echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

iptables --policy FORWARD ACCEPT
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp -d 64.233.167.99 --dport 80 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 5555


If I try with:
nc -vv -l -p 5555
and
nc -vv 64.233.167.99 80

the connexion is not redirected

where could be the problem?
