Next, you will need to download Apache ANT. Here is the version i will be using: http://people.apache.org/dist/ant/v1...7.0RC1-bin.zip Extract apache ANT to c:/ too. Make a new bat file inside the rscd folder, not inside the src folder, or anywhere else. In the bat file, put this code: Code: set PATH=%PATH%;c:\apache-ant-1.7.0RC1\bin ant -buildfile c:\RSCD\build.xml runrscd Yes, i know, there is an easier way to do this, by using environmental variables, but with that comes alot of other things that get messed up, so we will stick with this for now. Save that bat file as Run.bat Now, there is a really annoying compile system going on with ANT, it automatically closes after you have compiled, even if you did use a pause at the end, so save this into a text file: EDIT: I have found a fix to this, so place this code in a bat file: Code: set PATH=%PATH%;c:\apache-ant-1.7.0RC1\bin ant -buildfile D:\RSCD\build.xml Then go to "c:\apache-ant-1.7.0RC1\bin", Right click on Ant.bat, go to edit. Then at the end of the file, add pause. Be happy! And just run that in command prompt whenever you need to compile, that way you can see if the compile was successful. Credits to tom <333
