This is commonly caused by mistyping your runescape username. Let me explain, our statistic parser is designed to only accept lowercase lettering so if you entered "ZEZIMA" it would not work but the proper way to type it would be "zezima".

Our data retrieval system on the goal signatures is updated 24/7 from the RuneScape highscores. So meaning whatever shows up there shows up on your signature. If you notice that your stats arent changing please make note that you have logged in and out of RuneScape for the highscores to be updated.
