I've had a look at your request and I think the best round the world fare for your itineraries would be to use the Star Alliance carriers as with the OneWorld carriers they dont have an airline that takes you into Canada, the best option is with American Airlines and you would have to transfer thru one of USA cities.
 
There is a fare with the Star Alliance programme,$2499.00, that allows a minimum of 3 stops and amaximum of 5 stops with no more than 26,000 flying miles. Scenarios 1 & 3 fit into this though scenario 2 is of a higher mileage and you would have to go via the west coast of the USA first, to the east coast, back to the west coast and the to Frankfurt. You can backtrack in a continent but not from one continent to another. The fare for scenario 2 is $2979.00 and taxes are approx $650.00-$700.00 for all options.
