I need a banner rotator script in php/mysql.

I only need ONE page. this page will let me upload banners and manage banners.

DEMO at: http://www.beaverchat.com/banner_panel.htm

Admin can log in on that page and manage banners (or maybe have the login on a separate page for security reason). It shows the views, date the banner was uploaded.

If admin set banner to "show banner" it will display ACTIVE in the 'status' column. And vice versa.

need a footer/header file as well.
