Carrier will present service to customer as a DSX-1 port (smartjack). Specifically, Carrier will not run data over Frame Relay, nor will Carrier provide Data/Internet as an Ethernet port to customer. B-Channels will be on channels 1-6 or 1-8, with D-channel on 24.  Data channels will be on 16-23 or 12-23.  Carriers without a SLA will be moved to the bottom of the list of candidates.
