Darren, This problem is obviously a line issue somewhere between the exchange and my property. Nothing else has changed. I have already explained this to the guy I sp oke to this afternoon. Probably also worth not making the assumption that I'm some idiot Windows user who has no idea how to troubleshoot a DSL link (I'm going to PNG in the morning to build the SDH/IP network for a phone company there.) I can give you more information if you need it, but at this point, the correct procedure is to ring Telstra Wholesale and report a fault against the service. W hen I used to do this, the number was 1800 624 512. I'll attempt to give you a ring when I get home, because I would like this escalated before I leave the cou ntry. C PS - I was under the impression that this was already going to happen based on the fact that I wasted half an hour of my afternoon talking to a colleague of you rs who assured me that he would, in fact, get this escalated.
