I have looked at your payment history for this entire year and every
payroll that has been processed in 2007 is a retro payment.  This may
not be your fault but this has to stop.  Each time retro hours are
entered for anyone, the department must provide a copy of the timesheet
and we are required to verify the retro payment is correct.  This is
extra work for everyone that could be avoided.  

 

I am requesting that you scan your signed timesheet covering the payroll
period of 5/16-31/07 and send it to me via e-mail.  I will enter these
hours for payment on 6/15/07 in addition to the retro hours entered by
your department.  I need this by 4:30 today. 

 

Please make every effort possible to submit your timesheets in a timely
manner.  I realize that occasionally things happen that would prevent
timely submission but it should not be the normal procedure.
