My Dial command is as follows:

exten => s,5,Dial(${LYNN}&${HOUSEA},18,todA(reception))

This is in my [inbound] context, called when an external party calls in. It dials two phones together for 18 seconds and announces the route to the called party.

I have a pickup command which works fine for internal (direct dialled) extensions, but as there is no extension on the above line one cannot pass one in after the "7" below:

exten => _7.,n,Pickup(${EXTEN:1})

Any ideas?
