Our Managers need to have strong communication skills and a burning desire to succeed. A four-year degree or equivalent is required, and a track record of success in business or academics is very important. Each of our Managers is responsible for overseeing a team of 15 to 25 account executives in a creative, fast-paced environment. Other duties include working with our independent sales team and acting as a liaison with clients. 

The compensation we offer is very competitive, with a first-year income between $75,000 and $80,000, including salary and bonuses. In the second year of employment, Managers have the potential to earn a six-figure income. Also included in the compensation package are health insurance, paid vacation and holidays, a comprehensive paid training program and one-on-one career-path mentoring.
