Hi, Sorry I couldn't get back to you soonder, I have been on holiday for a fortnight and got home on the 8th of June only to find I had no Internet Connection, finally got it back on yesterday!
	I came accross an email from you sent on Sunday 27th of May stating that you had emailed me 3 times regarding your item, however I have searched through all my emails and doublechecked all my emails and doublechecked all my ebay messages and I can only find the one you send to me on the 27th of May - Please would you check your sent emails (if not deleted) and confirm they were sent to me. Although, I had no internet access for a few days. I still receieved emails from other people, but not yours.
	With regards to them, I always give a refund to customers who are not happy with their items, so I have sent you a full refund to your PayPal account. When you get back in touch with me, please explain the reason you are not happy with the product (this is just for my records) and also would you post the cover back to me, my address is
