Anyone is permitted to distribute this license freely.

The content of this license applies to any software saying that it is bound by the Burlex Public License, add-ons to said software, third-party applications based on the software, and development of other software which interfaces with the software.

This license will be referred to as the "Antrix Public License" or short, APL.

1. You may distribute the software in an unmodified form provided that the entirety of the software is intact, including license, copyright, etc, and that NO modifications have been made. We also reserve the right to deny you the privilege of mirroring our files at any time for no reason.

2. Any modifications to the software must be put in the form of a patch and that modification must also be under the APL and thus must also include this license with it.

3. Releases of machine-executable files must also include the source and any modifications made to them in the form of a patch, in addition to this license.

4. We reserve the right to deny the use of this software to any individual or group as we see fit without prior warning or for any reason.

5. In the future, the software may be updated to a new version of this license. Any previous software will be bound by the previous applicable license, however, any new software will be bound by the new license and by using any updates from it, you will be signifying your acceptance to the updated version's terms.

6. This software and license is provided AS IS with NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF DESIGN, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Any form of advertisement on any medium such as, but not limited to a website that people visit which you own or are affiliated with will be viewed as profit from the software.

8. You may not profit from the use of this software. You may ask for donations to run your server, however, a donation will mean that there is no reward for doing so, including intangible rewards. Any excess money gathered must be either:

	a. Donated to a non-profit organization or charity or;
	b. donated to the Antrix Project (www.emupedia.com) or;
	c. returned to the donors.

9. Should any individual part of this license be proven invalid in a court of law, the rest of this license shall remain applicable. Should the entire license become invalid in a court of law, the QPL License will apply, followed by the BSD License, should the QPL not apply.

10. You are signifying your acceptance of this license, whether you have read it or not.


This license is governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes must be settled by an Oslo City court.
