On March 26 I received a notice of account closure because "[t]he account has been identified as having used unauthorized game modifications and thus is in violation of the World of Warcraft Terms of Use".  Arguing to the point of whether or not I did use them is irrelivant as Warden obviously flagged me as so and you have no reason to believe otherwise; fair enough.  The reason I am emailing you is because I know of many other accounts who have been tapped for the same reason and were only banned for between 3 and 72 hours, and I was wondering why the same courtesy was not extended to me. A reply would be most appreciated. Thank you for your time.
