EVENT FILMING
We are going to be doing a professional filming of all the talks this
year.  We will then edit the footage and incorporate the slides directly
into the video from original sources rather than try to video the slides
themselves.  Audio will also be recorded directly from the mixer and
should be excellent quality. This will take some time and resources.  We
will release some of the video for free but the majority will be sold to
cover the cost of production (cameras, tripods, lighting, etc).  This will
hopefully mean that next year we are able to film again and drop the cost
significantly for copies.  Final versions should be available in DVD and
h.264 on DVD (with additional formats to be determined with your
feedback).  We are also looking at adding subtitles for various languages
to the best of our ability.  Your input on this process is critical to how
things proceed.  What would you be willing to pay for the video of a single
