^See how it says just real IP

On websites it says to do this:

"Diablo II Realm" "Valor Net's Diablo II 1.09d Realm" 192.168.1.67:6113 valornet.no-ip.org:6113

^Real IP being the router IP and valornet.no-ip.org being the public ip THATS what it says to do on websites but not on the realm.list file.
