I'm a developer of the opensource (GPL) project Armagetron Advanced (http://armagetronad.net/). In a recent development version we added support for truetype fonts. Since we already use a font very similar to your font "Nasalization" on the title screen (which is an image) I would like to use this font for the in-game menu.

We obviously can't include your font with the game itself since restricting characters from being edited is not compatible to the GPL. We would offer your font, along with settings that specify where to use it and in what sizes as a font pack, wich would be available for download on one of our servers and selectable for download in- game. The license would be displayed before the download.

When reading your license I came over the phrase "No payment is required for the use of this font unless it is included with software.". Does this include indirect inclusion? This is especially confusing for me since I see no repetition of this in the EULA at the end of your licence document.

Since I'm not a lawyer I hope for some clarification on this :)
