I would like when I call to the provider number, I would like to run immediately a audio message "welcome we will take your call please wait" in loops during 30s, during this time I would like to ring all the softphones of a "ring group", if nobody takes the call, the message "Please let your message after the bip" of the answering machine (responder...I don't know you say that in english) runs...
How do you do that?

In extensions.conf I have:

I have put the wait.wav in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds
So when I call the provider number I can hear "welcome we will take your call please wait" but the softphones don't ring in the same time...They ring after it.

I have try Read, Playback, BackgroundDetect and set the same priority
