That's a compile problem of the ccp plugin. Most likely either ccp doesn't
match Compiz' ABI version, or it wasn't compiled and/or linked correctly.

Try doing a 'make clean && sudo make install' in the libcompizconfig directory.
Please also check the prefixes are right (/usr/local vs. /usr) and no stale
plugins are present in ~/.compiz/plugins.

Closing as invalid because there is a 99% chance of a compile problem given the
error message you provided and everything works absolutely fine here.
