Our core hosting facility has lost it's internet connection. We are (urgently!) talking to the ISP now.

When this sort of thing happens it's normally because a router somewhere has died, so hopefully it won't take them too long to fix, but since it's a fault with a 3rd party system, now we've let them know all we can do is wait (and keep nagging them every 10 mins, heheh)

Please be patiant, and we're sorry for the inconveniance.

I'd post some news on the runescape website about it, except the news posting system is at the same ISP and is also offline! Confused Hmm perhaps I should change that.
