OpenGate, the fully configurable EasyGate clone, is a small computer that runs EasyOs, a user friendly GNU/Linux distribution. With it, you can perform all the common tasks that a standard computer would do (Web browsing, word processing, image manipulation, etc.) in a more intuitive way than with a traditional distribution, but keeping users away from proprietary environments which are used in the biggest distributions on the market.
 
While the OpenGate contains an embedded modem-router, it is still possible to connect it to a modem (NeufBox, Freebox, etc.) to act as a small computer.
