Well it takes quite a bit of scripting experience if you want to make a half-decent script. Basically, you need a list (.txt possibly) of questions, and an event to start and end the trivia. Next, you need a text event that is triggered when the answer of the said question is messaged to the channel in order to process any information desired (score, WPM, etc.), and read the next question. You could even incorperate a timer that is started after the next question is read to provide hints at specified intervals. * Start/Stop Text Event * Question List * Hash Table • Optional: for storing players scores * Text event: • Answering questions • Processing the desired info • Reading the next question * Timer • Providing hints ----------------------------------------------------------------- Event: on *:JOIN:#: { Used: Code: timer 1 1 .signal Join $chan Signal: Code: on *:SIGNAL:Join:{ if ($nick($1,0) < 5) { /part $1 $+ $1 $+ Must Have More Users. $1 Has $nick($1,0) $+ /5. } } Event: on *:INVITE:#: { Used: Code: timer 1 1 .signal Invite $chan $nick Signal: Code: on *:SIGNAL:Invite:{ if ($nick($1,0) >= 5) { /opthing } elseif ($nick($1,0) < 5) { /part $1 $1 Must Have More Than 5 Users. } } ------------------------------------------------------------------------ on $*:TEXT:/^[!@]w(orld)?cup */Si:*:{ --------------------------------------------------------------------------
