Hello Tim,

I am writing about the freezing of Ktravaglini on the SwiftIRC Developmental Servers.  I am requesting it be thawed on on the grounds I was just joking Around and I am very sorry.  I really did not mean to cause any harm or annoyance to you, but I apologize if I did.  Please consider my request as It would be very unfortunate for me to lose the nick group permanently.  Again I am very sorry and did not mean for my immaturity to be taking seriously.  I hope we can resolve this matter with the least stress on us both.

While I strongly disagree with your decision, I respect it and your right as an administrator to make it.  I am a tad disappointed but oh well, you don't get everything you want.  Thank you for considering my request, regardless of the outcome.
