We first started talking about this project on 11th of August and we agreed to move forward. Last friday you told me that you would be sending a functional spec that weekend.  I have yet to receive this spec from you.

Unfortunatly this has been too long for me to wait any further, especially with the lack of contact on why there has been any hold up.

I have had to accept other contracts as unfortuntly companies who want me to pay their bills cannot wait for you to get you act together, and I need to earn a living, so I have no time for this project.

I will be cancelling my acceptance of the project on GetAFreelancer, and this will leave you free to find another coder.
