Problem: Recruiting and having enough staff at pc in game.

My Idea: Use #Heart on Swiftirc for flex members.

-Have Runescript auto-check combat upon people entering. A script I can have made will kick those who do not meet 110+ cmb and/or are not on their runescape name. We can have another script I am willing to run, pm those kicked out from this channel and tell them to come back on their runescape name or if they are not 110+ cmb to come back when they are. This keeps the chat to runescape players 110+.

- We have a !pcw world script running.
Example: You type !pcw
You see "Pest Control world is "98". Please read the rules before attending-[link to our
pc rules only.]

-We will have ranking the same as in #stomach. Ops will be able to change access- halfops will be op'd- voices halfop'd - and elites voiced.

-We will still have the current world on our forums for those existing 100+ members and our pcing members.

-This should help solve some of the recruiting issues. This chat I am sure of will advertise itself. We already have people pop in this channel and type things like - !pcw or !world then leave when nothing happens. We will not have to stand on docks in game and recruit as much since this chat will bring some of those needed people to pc. As soon as they start to hear about free public HU worlds for those 110+ and no commitment they will flock to it. I am also sure some will apply for full member. We can have our forums link in topic.

-Only downfall would be that whoever changed world on forums needs to do it on this channel or if not using something such as mirc- will need to find someone to change it in this channel for them. This and we will need a few people to help kick those out of hand. Elites who will be voiced should be able to kick and tb.

-We will run this like those irc based pc groups run their pc. Keep the forums and nitrous channels. Our 110+ members will be allowed in here but due to the 110+ kicking script those under will have to stick to Nitrous.

Conclusion: I Honestly believe this idea could work if given the chance to. The ideas we have been trying have not provided the results we wished to see, but we can not give up yet. We need to keep trying new ideas. Yes this will be another channel to be in but a worth while one. Does it hurt to try it? I will have the scripts made and will run them since I am usualy the only one that stays in this chat 24/7. I can set this chat up all the way if needed.
So what do you all think? It doesn't hurt to try another idea!
