Recently we have been having more and more staff go inactive, leading to having staff accounts who's only purpose for existing is being occasionally refreshed.  I have taken the liberty of blocking access to staff accounts that have not been logged into for over a month.  [u]This is not a firing of staff[/u], simply a blocking of inactive staff access accounts.  

One of our biggest concerns recently is overall staff availability, and gauging the availability of staff is proving difficult because of the overwhelming number of staff accounts that exist, but are only being periodically refreshed.

If you need to take time off from Demise don't be afraid to speak up.  Having to go away to focus on studies, or work, or family for 6 months does not mean that you will be fired from staff; so don't be afraid to let the rest of us know.  That being said, if you aren't actively staffing at the present time you don't need an active staff account, but once you are available to come back to staffing we will undoubtedly welcome you back with open arms.
