Team Participation is very important, if you can't work good with others very well. The chances of you making it to a full time job are rare. The same goes for working with others in a Chemistry lab or dancing with a partner. In Chemistry, if you just sit at your lab table and do nothing, or you do everything wrong because you're lazy and don't take the time to read the instructions properly. In Dancing, if you just stand there and wait for your partner to start moving you around, then your doing a horrible job because your both supposed to move around together instead of one person moving both of you around. You feel really bad inside when you know you're doing it wrong and once it's done correctly, you feel really great inside. Participation in a team whether it is a sports team, or an actual full time job will improve your skill level because you get more experience when with working others. The more experience you get working with others, the better off you're gonna be when you're be when starting a business. It will enhance your responsibility and make you a stronger person and build commitment to practice. Good participation will earn you a lot of respect by team mates because your actually trying your hardest as opposed to just killing the ball when your not even paying attention to what's going on around you. For example, someone on the field isn't paying attention in soccer, and the ball comes to them. They lose a point because of bad participation. If that happens every time the ball comes to you, it will cumulative and make your team lose the game. Bad participation from one player on the team can cause the whole team to lose the game. Building self-esteem is very important when it comes to team participation because you don't want someone with a bad attitude on your team to put everyone in a bad mood. The key to building self-esteem is always having a positive attitude. I've seen people with really negative attitudes that always complain about everything and they don't even try to do their best in sports because they're lazy. I've also seen people with positive attitudes and they're always reaching their new goal as long as it's not too far up from their previous goal. Maintaining wellness is very important because you need to sleep and eat properly. This will help you achieve your goal of losing weight and good SAT/ACT scores. You maintain a regular 8-hour sleep schedule with 30 minutes of any physical exercise such as walking, swimming or riding a bike. Eating healthy helps too because you can't be eating junk food all the time and expect to stay the same weight. Although, it is easier said than done ,but if you really put your mind to do it ,then there is no doubt that you will achieve your goal.
