How to configure DNS servers in WHM with your domain name.

(domain.com is used in the procedure as an example, change it for your
domain name.)

-Request two additionnal IP address from the client Hub
http://hub.iweb8.com for ns1.domain.com
and ns2.domain.com

-Once the IP address are assign to your server.
-Log into WHM
-Go in IP Functions section and click on Add a New IP Address.
-Enter the new Ip address and the subnet mask and click on Submit.
-Repeat the same procedure to add the second Ip address.


-Register the DNS servers with your domain registrar ns1.domain.com and
ns2.domain.com using the
new Ip's assign to your server.


-Log into WHM
-Go in Server Configuration
-Go in Basic cPanel/WHM Setup
-Primary Nameserver, enter the name of the DNS server that you
registered ex: ns1.domain.com
and click on Assign Ip Address to assign the Ip you used for the
registration of ns1.domain.com.
-Click on Add an A entry for this nameserver.
-Secondary Nameserver, enter the name of the DNS server that you
registered ex: ns2.domain.com
and click on Assign Ip Address to assign the Ip you used for the
registration of ns2.domain.com.
-Click on Add an A entry for this nameserver
-Finish.
