I'll copypaste from craigslist.  It really isn't that great, but it'll do for anyone who just needs a portable thing for internet, tunes, and office.

Everything works ok, but you have to be careful loading and unloading cds...they tend to be hard to get on and off, this can easily be fixed by replacing the cd drive. The battery was replaced a year ago after the original lost its ability to hold charge, so it works fine. It gets a little hot as well, but so do most older dells.
