I just bought the adapter that lets me put a new 2.5" hard drive into the UltraBay Slim in my T43. The notch on the left means that side has pin 1, I presume? Now the only hard part is, do I put the CF adapter in upside-down, and on which side (left or right)? That is to say, it has 40 pins, but the slot has 44 pins.
