Hi, Its Brent here from SOFT3300 group a. I'm writing to notify you of a problem we have at present. Last week we were scheduled to have a client 'takeover' where we would get the client to sign off on the user stories and their acceptance tests. We couldn't do this because our product was not fully completed nor fully tested by this time. I have set deadlines but certain members of the team continue to disappoint. I have had to pick up a lot of the work myself to cover for Simran and James, and also with Adrian taking time off for a private matter it has been hard to stick to the project release plan we had devised. I have planned for this takeover meeting to occur this week however we can't do this because, as you are aware, our client is away on holidays and our technical contact Dean is off sick. We were told that our client Barbara should be back by next week. Should we meet with another person who is aware of the project (however has not had much to do with the design and development) from the CLI and have them sign off on it, for marks sake. Or should we wait for Barbara to come back and have her sign off on the project later (which would mean our project could be a little late if changes need to be made where the product does not match the acceptance tests). I'd prefer to deal with Barabara as she is the one who approved the acceptance tests however this is not possible before Monday. Thanks, Brent McKendrick
