As you know, last night I replaced the toner in room 401. There were two new toners, but I only replaced one of them. Once I had completed this I put the shipping label on the box just as I have done for the last two years without fail. I have heard that you were telling at least one other tech that you were under the impression I had not done this.

Please refrain from discussing my performance with other employees especially when you haven't taken the time to get all the facts. I would hope that you are not trying to damage my reputation in any way by making false claims about my work. I have been making sure to complete all my work thoroughly despite the fact that I only have one week remaining. I hope that if we both fulfill all our obligations we will be able to part ways while still remaining a positive relationship.
