"yeah, but you need an internet connection to be able to connect to the incoming mail server in order to recieve the emails. Who is your internet service provider?"

"I don't think that really matters, do you? Stop trying to fob me off, i'm using your incoming mail server and i'm not recieving emails- now tell me how you're going to sort it out!"
