The HTS proposal:
this proposal affects hackthissite.org and many other sites hosted by it.

this proposition is based on the idea that Zod will be hosting things.

IRC:
IRC will be run by one of the current opers, hosted on zod's server
There will be the same opers, channel ops and rules.
Zod and wired would also have oper for the US timezone in case noone is around.

hosting:
zod would arange hosting with the silenceisdefeat people who are willing to host HTS for free.
jails would be setup like they are setup now. ex: HTS.org having a jail, CS has one. etc etc
IRC would be on one of Zods current highspeed servers.

DNS:
weekend would be in charge of the dns and point them to the correct places.
keeping controll of HTS with current staff.

management: each of the projects (HTS, HB, CS, others I don't know the name of)
will have 1 person in charge of it, who will have root to the jail it is in and is in charge of hireing staff etc
that person will stay whoever it is right now.

if someone wants a big change then there should be a meeting about it FIRST where the community can comment on it.
