-Techno Nomad approaches the scarred corpse of Phoenix in Arizona.
	*Techno Nomad: A 23 year old man named Rav with a slight Irish accent and a mechanical arm who scavenges ruins for working equipment, highly skilled in the mechanical and electronic arts he's also a adept at net running. 
-As he digs through the ruins he notes the presence of NAU military units (North American United)
-After accidentally alerting the forces to his presence, he attempts to escape, going deeper into the ruins.
-A vicious pack of mutants(the reason most don't go into the ruins anywhere) ambush both the soldiers and Rav, a stray rocket knocks him into a deep pit.
	*Mutants: the fallout from the hell bombs, mutants generally tend to run the gamut of description, mostly being horrific caricatures and combinations of various creatures, as well as resembling occidental devils and the like, which is why most people call them Demons, Devils, or Daemons, though no one's confirmed if they are in fact that as no one tries to get close to the ruins except for the Scavengers.
	*Scavengers: a group of people who snatch tech from ruins to aid society(as well as themselves considering they don't give it away, they sell it.) Rav happens to be a member of the Scavengers.
-A few hours later Rav awakens in what seems to be a lab, the hole he fell through seemingly sealed.(He can see because of his goggles)
	*Rav's Goggles: Specially designed to encompass several view modes, it can go from thermal, to nightvision, to even X-Ray later on.
-After a bit of exploration he notes something similar to large dog sized mechanical spiders that scurry about repairing various things. Rav dubs them Weavers and catches one, hacking its programming to have it follow him around as a sort of company in the dark and cold passageways.
-After even more exploration he finds himself being attacked by an enormous mutant that lives in a large aqua-culture tank in one of the rooms, he gets saved by Hobo Mage who exhibits a talent Rav's never seen, magic.

*Hobo Mage: A fairly strange old man who lives in the underground portions of Phoenix with a group of people who benefit greatly from his skills, he seems absolutely inept when it comes to technology though.
