What does distract do in PTR?

It prevents target to move out from distract area for 10 seconds.

What if target goes in combat?

He still cant move untill effect wear off

What does the snare from distract look like?

It dont have any visual effect, and it dont apply any debuff

What is CD of distract?

30 seconds.

Anything else special?

-It cant be removed with Bubble, trinket, Berserker rage, BoP
-If you blink out distract, you blink 10 yards forward, and get stuck there.
-If you intercept in distract you get to enemy, but cant move untill the effect wears off.
-No dimishing
-Can affect multiple targets

Any example where it has some nice usebility?

Blind (free), wait that enemy gets OOC, and distract . in that time you can eat, bandage, restealth, etcetc.
Distract+cheapshot prevent mages to kite you etc.
