The problem they're running into has to do with the system restarting on
it's own. They park a caller and page an extension to let the person
know they have a call waiting. The system gives them an error message
that looks like this:

Every so often after that message appears it looks like Asterisk
restarts and hangs up the current calls. This is what I'm seeing after
the above message:
