hello, i have download the opensim version today from svn. as i have try to compile it, i have get some errors, all like this " Mistake 3 The metadata file "\ \ server \ data (d) \ _SL-Server \ trunk \ bin \ OpenSim.Region.Environment.dll" could not be found. OpenSim.Region.ScriptEngine.DotNetEngine" i have look for this file, but its not there, so iam really new in c# and i have no idea what to do. does anyone have a idea ? I think it might be the circular reference problem I had yesterday. What are you trying to build with? the opensim.exe Nah, what environment --- nant / visual studio / etc ah, sorry :) visual studio OK, what I had to do to fix it yesterday was to look in the "Solution" sidepanel -- there's a "References" folder in the project named 'OpenSim.Region.Environment' In that references folder, there's probably a yellow-warning-sign marked "OpenSim.Region.ScriptEngine.DotNetEngine" -- just select it and hit delete, and then try build. yes ok yeah, it works now.
